Abstract

Effect of agar concentration and type of media on the proliferation of Rosa hybrida cv. Black baccara Abstract- Today in Iran is comming in vitro culture for production of large- scale genetically uniform plants and disease- free. The effect of agar concentration and the best medium was determine for the proliferation of Rosa hybrida cv. Black Baccarat Factorial experiment in completely randomized design with two factors, including solid and liquid culture medium (agar concentration of zero and 7 grams per liter) and three types of medium (MS, VS, WPM) in four replications.Results showed that is Significant difference between the concentration of agar (zero and 7 g /L) And best results were obtained in liquid media VS.
