In this paper, we study the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation in two spatial dimensions with periodical boundary conditions with alternating direction implicit compact nite dierence scheme. The proposed method has fourth-order accuracy in space and second-order accuracy in time. The results of numerical experiments are presented, and are compared with analytical solutions and other methods to conrm the accuracy and eciency of the presented method. |
