Abstract

Abstract The current research on plant Rosa canina fruits in middle of September based on a completely randomized design with three replications in four regions of the province (Zanjan, Mahneshan, abhar and Tarom) were measured at the University of Zanjan. Variables measured wet weight and dry weight fruits, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit tissue resistance and seed number were included. . Statistical analysis revealed that different ecotypes had significant effect (p<0.05) on fruit diameter and fruit tissue resistance And the other variables showed no significant effect. The results showed that the Results showed that the highest wet weight (1/917 gram), dry weight (0/771 g), fruit length (24/45 mm) diameter fruit (12/98 mm), fruit tissue resistance (2/733 kilograms per square centimeter) and seed number (24/61) belonged to Abhar and Minimum level of wet weight (1/295 g) and dry weight (0/671 g) belongs to the Mahneshan region. The minimum length of the fruit (19/87 mm) and fruit diameter (10/93 mmHg) were observed in Tarom. The lowest fruit tissue resistance (1/717 kilogram per square centimeter) and seed number (17/83) were belonging to the Zanjan. Keywords: Ecotypes, Rosa canina , morphological properties
