Abstract

Nowadays, the intellectual capital has allocated a significant proportion of financial studies. It has played a leading role in the growth and development of companies and thus led to the improvement of organizational competence. This study, which investigates the data of 15 companies on Tehran Stock Exchange through regression method, indicates that the intellectual capital in selected companies has no significant impact on the "shareholders' expected return" and "excess return".
