سنتز كاتاليزور فيليپس و استفاده آن براي تهيه پلي‌اتيلن، ابراهيم احمدي، علي رمضاني، مهدي نكومنش حقيقي، زهرا محمدنيا و شركت پژوهش و فناوري پتروشيمي.

 

طرح هاي پژوهشي و صنعتي

1.       تهيه ايليدهاي پايدار فسفر از CH- اسيدها و تعيين ساختار آنها (براي دانشگاه زنجان، خاتمه يافته).

2.       تهيه N- وينيل ايميدها و تعيين ساختار آنها با روش پرتو ايکس(براي دانشگاه زنجان، خاتمه يافته).

3.       تهيه ايليدهاي پايدار فسفر از OH- اسيدها، NH- اسيدها و SH- اسيدها و بررسي واکنش‌‌هاي آنها در حضور کاتاليزورهاي جامد(براي دانشگاه زنجان، خاتمه يافته).

4.       تهيه N- وينيل ايميدهاي کم الکترون از ايليدهاي پايدار فسفر در حضور کاتاليزورهاي جامد(براي دانشگاه زنجان، خاتمه يافته).

5.       سنتز يك مرحله‌‌اي ايليدهاي پر استخلاف با استفاده از تري فلوئورو اتانول (براي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد زنجان، خاتمه يافته)

6.       سنتز و تعين ساختار ترکيب دي متيل (Z)-2- (دي اکسو-1و3- دي هيدرو-H2- ايزو ايندول-2-ايل)-2- بوتن ديوات (براي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد زنجان، خاتمه يافته)

7.       تهيه سديم پرمنگنات و بررسي امکان استفاده از آن در صنعت روي ايران (براي سازمان توسعه و نوسازي معادن، خاتمه يافته)

8.       استحصال نيمه صنعتي پنتاکسيد واناديم از فلوکسي‌کک و ضايعات سوختي (براي شرکت استخراج کاران دلتا شرق، خاتمه يافته)

9.       ايجاد پايلوت براي تست صنعتي بازيافت روي از كيك‌هاي واحدهاي روي(15 كيلوگرم در روز) (براي شرکت استخراج کاران دلتا شرق، در حال اجرا)

10.   توليد نيمه صنعتي شمش کادميم و نيکل (براي شرکت استخراج کاران دلتا شرق، در حال اجرا)

11.    تهيه نانوکاتاليزور کروم بر پايه سيليکا و استفاده آن براي تهيه نانو فيبرهاي پلي‌اتيلن كه اينكار براي اولين بار در ايران انجام گرفت (براي شرکت پژوهش و فناوري پتروشيمي).

12.    تهيه فيلمهاي نانو سيليكاي مزوپروس غني شده با پورفيرين براي رديابي مواد منفجره  و نمونه  مهندسي آن (براي مرکز رشد نانو فناوري نانو موسسه تحقيقات صنايع دفاعي، در حال اجرا).

13.   تهيه نانوکاتاليزورهاي کورديناسيوني و استفاده آن براي تهيه پلي‌اتيلن خطي سبک  با دانسيته پايين به روش آبشاري (پژوهشگاه پليمر و پتروشيمي ايران).

14.   تدوين دانش فني کاتاليزور کروم بر پايه سيليکا (معادل کاتاليزوهاي  C220و C221) براي فرايند پليمريزاسيون اتيلن در مقياس آزمايشگاهي؛ هاب پژوهشي: شركت پژوهش و فناوري پتروشيمي مشتري‌نهايي: مجتمع پتروشيمي آرياساسول مستقر در عسلويه؛ جزء پروژه‌هاي کلان؛ در حال اجرا.

15.    سنتز و شناسايي کمپلکس‌هاي مس (I) تثبيت شده روي سيليکاي نانوساختار به‌عنوان کاتاليزور براي پليمريزاسيون راديکالي انتقال اتم متيل متاکريلات؛ هاب پژوهشي: صندوق حمايت از پژوهشگران وفناوران کشور رياست جمهوري.

16.  ساخت کاتاليزورهاي کئوردينانسيوني کروم براي توليد 1-هگزن هاب پژوهشي: شركت پژوهش و فناوري پتروشيمي مشتري‌نهايي: مجتمع پتروشيمي جم مستقر در عسلويه؛ جزء پروژه‌هاي کلان؛ در حال بررسي براي عقد قرارداد.
