Abstract

Measuring the optical properties of quantum cavities have many applications in quantum optics, quantum information theory and have a remarkable importance in making the quantum gates and finally in quantum computers. In this paper a new method for the measurement of squeezing parameter of squeezed photons in a quantum cavity, is introduced by making an entanglement between the Rydberg atoms, squeezed photons in the cavity, photons in another cavity which are along to the different paths of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. In this method the properties of photonic states, e.g. squeezing, are obtained by the measurement of atomic states which are entangled with the photons in the cavity.
