Abstract

Abstract According cognitive science the process of human mind is like computer. Collecting data (income) then analysis and combination the data (processes) and creating outcome (knowledge).The objective of this study is to answer to these questions: which kind of minds are wealth creator based on cognitive approach and how an open mind affects on knowledge creation from quantitative and qualitative point of view? After introduction, the scientific background contains the theories, techniques and models has been descript. This survey is an applied research base on objective, and is a causal research base on relationship between variables. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire with two parts contains open-answer and closed-answer – Likert system- questions. The target community was the high- educated personnel of general governor of zanjan province .the study method were census. The collected data analyzed through SEM – structured equation modeling- technique and LISREL software. The results show that open mind is source and act as intellectual wealth creator and open-minded people create knowledge ten times more than closed- mind people. Also the quality level of knowledge that has been created through open- minded people is 500 percent high than knowledge that has been created through closed-mind people.
