Abstract

How much of the recent developments in the economic, social and cultural world recent century of population growth, urbanization, ways of communication and transportation, increased leisure time and social welfare, has led to the development of tourism. This regard, the development of second homes in rural areas with beautiful natural landscapes, represents a major trend in the relationship between the urban and rural regeneration with incentives to use residency entertainment with tourists. The purpose of this article reviews the environmental impacts of tourism, second homes has compiled in the Valiasr Hesar County in Avaj Township. Applied research and its methods - descriptive analysis based on the use of library studies and field ¬ (questionnaires, interviews and observations, respectively). For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Friedman test, one-sample t-statistic - the correlation coefficient) is used. The results show second home tourism in the rural sample has negative environmental effects.
