The Urban Development Strategy (CDS) in the group of low-income urban housing policies (case study: the area Safarabad and Bisim Zanjan)
Abstract


Providing housing for low-income groups in urban areas of the major issues and challenges facing the world is to achieve sustainable development. The most important way to achieve the goal of providing housing for low-income urban groups, activities interlink between the public and private sectors of the community. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of CDS in wireless Safrabad and sampling is In order to mobilize housing for low-income and better-planned urban development in the province and the region has to offer. The method used in this research is descriptive– analytical and library studies and field surveys, the study area is used. The theoretical foundations of the methods used to collect the desired data field and eventually using spss software and Matlab to analyze was discussed. The population in this study is 14441 residential units sampled using Cochran is calculated using a sample size of 120. The results show the main components of provision of low-interest mortgages, has a decisive role in creating incentives for retrofitting houses.
