In order to increase international cooperation in the fields of education, research, and cultural exchange, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Ural Federal University (Russia), and the University of Zanjan according to which, joint programs will be conducted to secure the interests of students, faculties, faculty members and research institutes on both sides.
This memorandum was signed by the Presidents of both universities, Dr. Jalal Bazargan and Dr. Victor Koksharo, and it was approved. Dr. Bazargan was accompanied by Dr. Mahdi Nasiri, the Director of the International Scientific Cooperation Office.
The two universities will fulfill their obligations through discussion and exchange of information and negotiations regarding the following activities. Potential programs and activities may include, but are not limited to the following:
